The Pola Blick brand has long been well known in the world of beauty. Pola Blick, the woman behind the brand, is considered a guru for women, men, and teenagers. She recently opened a clinic in the tower of the Ofer Mall in Ramat Aviv, which is equipped with the most advanced devices.
The beautician combines cosmetic treatments, natural medicine treatments, and advanced beauty treatments such as anti-aging, wrinkle reduction, as well as improving the skin’s appearance, by firming, mesotherapy treatments to nourish the skin with vitamins and acids, deep cleansing peels, acne and pigmentation treatments, and skin boosters. She also offers body treatments such as customized nutrition according to blood tests, breaking down fat cells with various technologies, tightening and firming the skin, and cellulite treatment. The doctor at the clinic offers Botox injections, fillers, and reduction of stretch marks.
What led you to open the new clinic?
For a long time, I had been looking for a place that would allow me to grow, develop, and give my clients the broadest and most professional envelope. I was looking for a place in a medical building that would allow me to combine everything I believe in: advanced medicine, innovative equipment, personalized treatments, and multidisciplinary knowledge that connects to a natural approach and Western medicine. My previous clinic no longer matched the pace of my development. I expanded in equipment, treatments, and knowledge. I also opened a medical aesthetics department. Today, my clinic is a center for innovations, professionalism, and holistic treatments.
What makes you unique?
My approach is different. I believe in a smart, precise, and correct combination of natural medicine and Western medicine. I am a naturopathic nutritionist, a Chinese medicine practitioner, and a cosmetologist. Over the years, I have studied and specialized, and today I combine all this knowledge into deep, precise, and personal treatments.
I believe in a personal and precise approach to each client. I don’t believe in ‘off-the-shelf treatment.’ For those who want customized, professional, personal treatment that respects them and their body, I am here for exactly that.
What trends do you see in the world of aesthetics and cosmetics?
In the past year, I established a medical department in the clinic, headed by Dr. Roy Assaf. I introduced innovative equipment for IPRF treatments for hair growth, natural injections to stimulate collagen production, and medical anti-aging treatments. I brought to Israel a treatment that is conquering Hollywood. AND+ is a groundbreaking anti-aging treatment that can only be performed in a medical setting.
I am constantly updating myself. Every device, treatment, or innovation goes through me first. Only after a thorough inspection does it enter the clinic. The applies to both body and mind.
What is the diagnosis process? Is the treatment plan designed for the short term or the long term?
Each treatment begins with a brief conversation with the client, blood tests, skin diagnosis, and a personalization of the entire plan.
There are short treatments and there are treatments that are carried out once every month or three. Everything is tailored to age, skin condition, and personal needs.
Do you encourage a combination of cosmetic and aesthetic treatment?
More and more people today understand that anti-aging starts from the inside: stress, nutrition, vitamins, sleep. When the treatment is combined from the inside and outside, it really works.
Can aesthetic treatments postpone surgery?
Aesthetic treatments can definitely postpone surgery, thanks to precise matching. I see clients who maintain the results for years. I know what suits each and every client. This is a mission for me.
What common mistakes do you see in women and men in regard to facial skin care?
I see quite a few mistakes, suvh as incorrect matching of products, overly aggressive treatments, unnecessary touching of the skin. Sometimes good intentions cause damage. Hormonal acne and skin problems can result from diet, stress, or excess testosterone. I send for blood tests, build a customized menu, combine nutritional supplements, acupuncture, and advanced skin treatments
Fatigue, dark circles, fine lines, and grayish skin sometimes result from a lack of iron or vitamin B12. Treatment starts from the inside. Menopause and vaginal dryness also affect skin dryness. These are elements that need to be understood and addressed in treatment.
What treatments do you offer to young people who suffer from acne?
I see more and more young people coming in with skin problems, especially acne. It's not just an aesthetic issue; it affects self-confidence, social relationships, and emotions, so I treat from the inside and outside, as well as the heart.
I don't start the treatment before the client has had blood tests, and I don't give up on an exact match. My goal is to prevent scars on the face and to prevent scars on the soul.

How do you divide your time between Israel and Spain?
Since I work in a clinic in Israel and I am also abroad, I prefer investing partners. Once a month, I go to the Madrid clinic for a few days for professional training and check-ups.
