McDonald’s is replacing the Friends collector dolls that exploded on social media with designed mugs from the series – four designs with iconic elements like the orange couch and the purple door. The mugs come as a gift with “Friends Meals,” and this time it’s something you’ll actually use rather than just place on a shelf. Bonus: McDonald’s conducted a poll on the eternal question “Were they or weren’t they on a break?”, and the result is decisive: 66% sided with Ross. They were on a break.
Price: NIS 68 (mug as a gift with a meal)
Humix, an Israeli development by the company Skinny Pasta, promises fresh hummus within minutes, without the need for cooking or soaking. It is a dry mix of cooked and roasted chickpeas with ground sesame; all you need to add is water, tahini, and lemon to get homemade hummus. We prepared it according to the basic recipe and the process really is quick and simple – two minutes in the blender, and that’s it. The taste is good and fresh, the texture light and pleasant. The product is vegan, rich in protein, and free of preservatives. The downside: you still need to add tahini and lemon, so it’s not really “ready-made.” Convenient for hummus addicts.

Tzuriel Farm is expanding its Bulgarian cheese series with two new products: Bulgarian 24%, intended for baking and salads, and refined Bulgarian 16% with a soft texture and more moderate saltiness. We tasted them, and the texture and flavor are indeed good, even in the 16% version, which sometimes suffers from a rubbery texture. The two versions, with different fat percentages, provide solutions both for those who want something richer for baking and for those who prefer something more refined and less salty.

The illustrated character of “Hello Kitty” returns – this time on makeup products. Super-Pharm is launching the MILUCCA collection with four items. The standout is the brush set: four high-quality mini brushes (foundation, blush, concealer, and angled) in a silver tin case that’s also convenient for travel. Alongside it are a shiny metallic makeup bag, a red hair clip, and a large tabletop mirror in the shape of Hello Kitty. The products are functional and nicely designed, but let’s admit it – they’re bought mainly because of the character. If you’re from the generation that grew up with her, or if there are teenage girls at home who like to doll up, this is an opportunity to bring a little childhood back to the makeup table.

The Israeli company Aroma Republic has developed KUNI, a smart air freshener with a game-changing patent: you can install three scent capsules simultaneously and switch between them via an app, without touching the device. You can set an energizing citrus scent for the morning, something neutral for daytime hours, and a calming scent for the evening – all automatically according to a schedule set by the user. The company offers 15 scents to choose from, and each capsule lasts about 160 hours. The design is modern and elegant, and the capsules are completely safe even around babies and pets. An Israeli development that truly thinks about the user experience.
Price: annual subscription plan – NIS 79 per month (including the device and supply of three scent capsules every three months), or a one-time purchase of the device with three capsules for NIS 656
Maccabi Aesthetics is launching Linea, a new skincare line with more than 30 products and a concept that sounds a bit alarming: “zombie cells.” These are senescent cells that slow down skin renewal, and the products are supposed to neutralize them using a unique complex developed in France. The idea is to continue aesthetic treatment from the clinic, but it’s mainly another skincare series that addresses issues we all know. The line includes creams, boosters, masks, and body products, all dermatologically tested. If you want to invest in quality home skincare – the series is definitely good, and the prices don’t climb too high.

Energy presents two new flavors for its whole-grain rice cake series – za’atar and barbecue. The rice cakes are thin and crispy, come in individual packages with a measured calorie portion, and are intended for those looking for a more balanced snack than regular chips – about 130 calories per bag. The za’atar is well seasoned, crunchy, and great with cheese or a dip. Energy’s advantage lies in its very precise flavors – not bland, boring rice cakes, but a snack with real taste that also feels a bit healthier. We haven’t tasted the barbecue yet, but if it’s on the level of the za’atar, it’s a success.

Sano Sushi is launching ready-cut baking paper for a round pan, and this is exactly what was missing in the kitchen. Instead of trying to cut a perfect circle from the roll (and failing every time), you get 30 units here with a diameter of 26 cm and a height of 6 cm – exactly the average pan. The paper is heat-resistant up to 220 degrees, the cake comes out without sticking or tearing, and the pan stays clean. It simply saves nerves, and is totally worth it. For regular bakers, this will be a basic kitchen product.
