Burger Salon, celebrating 15 years of activity, is launching a new burger collection called "Baktana" - a direct response to the rising cost of living and price increases in the food industry. The collection offers smaller meat portions while maintaining the quality of ingredients and the familiar experience of the chain, with prices ranging from NIS 39 to 42.

The new burgers are based on beef and lamb patties and cuts weighing 80 to 110 grams, made from 100% local meat. The chain emphasizes that despite the smaller size, no compromise has been made on taste: The meat is ground on-site, the buns are baked daily, and the special sauces remain an integral part of the dish.

The menu includes, among other items, a classic beef burger, lamb burger, Philly steak sandwich, and pulled asado in barbecue sauce - all offered in "Baktana" versions at a uniform and accessible price.

Burger Salon started as a small butcher shop founded by Amir Talmor and Rami Ginat, two butchers from the Golan Heights, and today operates 22 branches across the country. Most of the branches are located at gas stations and shopping centers, emphasizing accessibility, fast self-service, and a casual atmosphere. Another branch is expected to open soon at Check Post, which will be a kosher branch.

The chain notes that this move reflects a broader trend in the industry - adjusting portion sizes to the economic reality without compromising product quality.
