SPCA Israel has put together a petition demanding the government budget a 5-year plan in cooperation with animal welfare groups and the Agriculture, Environmental Protection and Finance ministries.

The program, called "Ilanot," was announced by Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz, and involves training doctors to fix the disparity between the South and the Center.

"The huge Pride flag is a testament to our strength and power everywhere," said the chairwoman of the Agud-The Association for LGBTQ Equality in Israel.

NATIONAL AFFAIRS: The incoming government might try a different approach, actually working with Bedouin communities and seeking to legalize some houses so that they are officially on the map.

The museum explores how Jews in the South influenced and were influenced by their communities in 13 states over 300 years of history.

"We have a responsibility to our partners to continue to provide food to those in need."

These new and modern bomb shelters, which can hold at least 12 people, will offer residents in the South quick and accessible protection.

While it may seem that financial woes forced them to leave after over a decade, it actually goes back to disputes surrounding censorship with the municipality.

Bedouin communities suffer from extraordinary high rates of unemployment, poverty, criminal activity, violence against women, and Islamic radicalization.

"They showed us that there is another way - we can work together, to strengthen the neighborhood, to work hand in hand for a better Negev for us all."
