The meeting comes after five people were murdered in four separate incidents in Taiba, Kalansuwa, Jaffa, and Holon within less than 12 hours.

The man confessed to the illicit use of human remains, admitting that he was “particularly attracted to human body parts, from which he had prepared food for himself in various ways."

Two of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, Christophe Mirmand, minister of state of Monaco, told BFM TV.

All the victims - four women and two men - were employees of the facility. The man's three-month-old daughter and the mother are safe.

There were no World Cup games being screened at the time of the shooting, with the only match of the day in the tournament finishing around 2 p.m. local time.

Although the Metropolitan Police have received the report and are continuing to investigate the incident, they're urging the victim to come forward for further questioning.

The 17-year-old Thai girl's body was found in a suitcase in Pattaya. The suspect faces charges of murder, concealment of a body, moving or destroying a body, and taking a minor for sexual purposes.

During the operation, officers located an apartment suspected of being used for drug cultivation. A search of the premises led to the seizure of cannabis with a total weight of about seven kilograms.
