According to a CNN report citing multiple sources familiar with US intelligence assessments, Mojtaba Khamenei is playing a critical role in Iran's war strategy despite remaining in hiding.

“What struck me most during this meeting was the vision and the humble and sincere approach of the supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution,” Pezeshkian said about the meeting.

Iran’s instability grows as intelligence operations reshape the regional balance.

Amid rumors over Mojtaba Khamenei’s condition, Iran expert Dr. Thamar Eilam Gindin said opposition efforts should cooperate with Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi to mobilize Iranians.

Khamenei reiterated that Iran will defend its nuclear and missile technologies, accusing the US of causing instability in the Persian Gulf and vowing to expel foreign forces.
