Maria Estrada, a candidate for California’s District 63 representing the southeast suburbs of Los Angeles, offered her support for anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

Over the weekend, the little blue badge that houses a white tick and is placed next to verified Twitter accounts was removed from his account.

"I wonder, will you recognize Satan. I wonder if you will see the satanic Jew and the synagogue of satan...because satan has deceived the whole world," he said.

Jewish groups in Australia expressed concern about Mallory’s appearance due to her recent comments on Israel and tweeted support of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, a known anti-Semite.
