Hezbollah’s Islamic Health Organization is still operating in a south Lebanon pilot zone, according to a new report questioning Beirut’s ability to limit the group’s influence.

“The conditions-based deal between Israel and Lebanon states that Israel will redeploy its troops from Lebanese territory in exchange for Hezbollah’s disarmament," officials told Walla.
