Jerusalem concerts

Thirty-six years after his death, the king of Mizrahi music is resurrected and will be joining the Revivo Project for a concert in Tel Aviv

As the audience sang along to lyrics such as, “Today, finally, I’ll make you smile/Today, I’ll banish the sadness from your eyes,” it was the perfect blending of a joyful sound and sorrowful present.

Concert-goers can look forward to hearing the works of classical composers whom historians are fairly certain were queer, such as Tchaikovsky and Chopin.
