Police open probes into candle extinguishing during Hanukkah

A child was seen extinguishing candles in Ramle; similar incidents have been reported in Tel Aviv and Beit Shemesh.

Police have opened an investigation after footage circulated online showing a child riding a scooter and extinguishing candles on a hanukkiah at the entrance to a residential courtyard in Ramle, the police announced on Sunday.
