Hariri is angling to return to politics as he marks the 21st anniversary of the assassination of his father, former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

“The cash shipments come as Hezbollah faces acute financial strain,” Iran International said, adding that the terror group has reportedly been “struggling” to pay its operatives.
