Pizza sauce, Barilla
An obvious launch – in the sense of are you sure there wasn’t one before? – makes the Italy–Israel line with a red and lively joy. Obviously lively.
Barilla’s new tomato sauce (NIS 12.90–NIS 14.90 for a 400-gram package) is aimed at pizza, and knows very well how important this ingredient is on the way to the perfect homemade pie. It uses Italian tomatoes, avoids preservatives, and highlights an ideal texture – for pizza, of course, but also for pasta or even as a central table dip that solves hosting needs, for example.
