As winter approaches, UGG presents one of its most interesting updates in recent years: A renewed version of some of the brand’s most recognizable models, this time with a fresh, urban twist. Three new models are already available in the Original's line – some variations on classics, some entirely new interpretations – all continuing the brand’s signature: Warmth, comfort, and minimalist aesthetics that are easy to adopt in everyday life.
UGG, founded in the 1970s by an Australian surfer who wanted to turn natural-material shoes into a comfortable, embracing item, has over the years become one of the brands most associated with the winter season. From Hollywood stars’ boots to TikTok trends – very few items have reached the iconic status of UGG’s fur-lined suede boots.
Ahead of winter 2025–26, the brand presents three new models, each touching on a different aspect of its design DNA.
UGG Disquette – The Shoe That Combines Retro with Everyday Wear
The Disquette model may be the biggest surprise: A winter platform sandal designed in a style reminiscent of the ‘90s trend that continues to dominate fashion runways. It comes in a natural brown shade, with exposed fur and softness that creates the “pampering” look associated with UGG. New Heights – The Rugged UGG Version
On the other hand, the New Heights model offers a tougher interpretation: A short boot inspired by work boots, but with a feminine tone that softens the look. It is made of thick suede, includes a pronounced trek sole, and features a design that aligns with the sock-with-boot fashion trend that dominated last winter. This model targets women looking for a combination of durability and elegant appearance without giving up the comfort UGG is known for.
Classic Micro – The Comeback of the Classic
The third model, Classic Micro, is a lower and more refined version of the famous Classic Mini. It retains everything that made the original model popular – suede, softness, warmth – but in a modern cut that creates a light and elegant silhouette, fitting nicely into both everyday looks and transitional outfits.
