This year’s USPS Hanukkah stamp is a simple menorah with a warm backstory

USPS' new stamp features a unique design with implied rather than depicted candles. It reflects art director Antonio Alcalá’s deep family history and influences from Jewish artists.

'The Simpsons' ditches using white voices for characters of color

Other than Apu, Azaria has also voiced the Simpsons characters of Black police officer Lou and the Mexican-American Bumblebee Man. Harry Shearer has played Dr. Hibbert, who is Black.

Hank Azaria says he will no longer voice Apu on ‘The Simpsons’

Azaria has been the thickly accented caricatured voice of Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, manager of the show’s Kwik-E-Mart convenience store, for 30 years.
