Troy Jackson wins Maine Democratic Senate nomination, omits mention of Israel, AIPAC

While Jackson took several shots during his acceptance address at Sen. Susan Collins, the incumbent Republican he will now face in the general election, he did not mention Israel or AIPAC.

Pressure mounts on Democratic Senate candidate Platner to quit Maine race

Platner's campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Platner has denied wrongdoing but said on Monday he would take time "to reflect on the best path forward."
