IDF troops operating in southern Lebanon located an anti-tank missile launcher aimed at northern Israel and carried out a series of strikes on Hezbollah operatives and infrastructure, the military said Tuesday.

Forces from the 8th Brigade, operating under the 91st Division, have continued targeted ground activity in the area in an effort to reinforce Israel’s forward defenses and safeguard communities along the northern border. During the operations, soldiers uncovered a weapons cache that included anti-tank missiles, explosive devices, grenades, ammunition, and other military equipment believed to have been used by Hezbollah to plan attacks against both Israeli civilians and IDF troops.

In parallel, the IDF said that over recent days its forces, working in coordination with the Israel Air Force, struck multiple Hezbollah positions, including a command center where a terrorist operative was present at the time of the strike.

The military emphasized it would continue operations against Hezbollah infrastructure in Lebanon, stressing its commitment to preventing threats to Israeli civilians.
