Following its postponement due to the war with Iran last month, the Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival has been rescheduled to September 9-13.
Under the artistic directorship of Elena Bashkirova, the festival is regarded as one of Israel’s flagship classical music events. This year, the focus is centered around the quintet ensemble in all its forms: string, piano, wind, and more.
The repertoire will feature works by the greatest composers in the genre, including Mozart, Beethoven, Shostakovich, Franck, Brahms, Hindemith, and Bartók.
Who is performing?
