A New Mexico teenager who admitted to hating Jews and desiring to spark a civil war was charged after allegedly making violent online threats in the aftermath of the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, the New Mexico US District Attorney’s Office announced.

Jace Allen, on September 11, allegedly threatened to commit mass murder targeting Jews and other minorities in a series of X/Twitter posts and made a direct threat against a local Ohio politician.

“You’re gonna be one of the first to die,” Allen allegedly told a city council member.

The 19-year-old said he would “harm anyone who has something bad to say about Charlie [Kirk],” according to the Sacramento Bee.

Allen didn’t own a firearm, but videos of the teenager firing a rifle and pistol in August were found on his phone. The El Paso Times reported that the Jamestown resident sought to purchase the same model of rifle that was used to assassinate Kirk on September 10 at Utah Valley University.

A 'Neo-Nazi who hates Jews and minorities'

The FBI traced the X account making the threats to Allen’s residence, and during an interview, he admitted to being a neo-Nazi who hated Jews and minorities and hoped to spark a civil war.

Allen was charged with transmitting communications containing a threat to injure another person and, if convicted, could face five years in prison.
