Police say the probe uncovered a network of extortion and financial offenses involving millions of shekels, carried out over a period of roughly five years.

The five were part of a larger terror cell operating in the area that was apprehended by Israeli security forces. 

Police also worked with paratroopers to locate and arrest several individuals suspected of incitement to terrorism in the Hebron area.
