Justice Dept. sanctions Iranian US resident for smuggling electronics, including for Iran railways

Bahram Mohammad Ostovari, a 66-year-old resident of Santa Monica, California, and Tehran, Iran, was arrested on Thursday for allegedly bypassing Iranian sanctions.
