Rapper Azealia Banks has announced that she will perform in Israel on October 9, during the week of the two-year anniversary of Hamas’s October 7 attacks.
The show at Amphi Tel Aviv is being promoted by Almog Sarid, the Israeli producer behind Noa Kirel’s mega-concerts at Hayarkon Park, and will be just one of Banks’s appearances during her solidarity visit to Israel, which began over the weekend.
In the performance announcement last week, Banks said that October 7 would be a day of “deep remembrance – honoring every life taken, every family touched.”

She outlined an extensive itinerary for her visit, including stops at the Dead Sea, Yad Vashem, and the site of the Nova music festival. “I’m coming back to have a real experience – without the drama and the bull****,” she wrote.
She said she would also be meeting with Israeli soldiers and visiting the Jabotinsky Institute, a research center honoring Ze’ev Jabotinsky, the founder of revisionist Zionism.
“I’ll meet fans, friends, and my IDF heroes from Duvdevan,” she wrote. “I’ll perform – it’s going to be fun! I’m ready to connect, to love, to remember, and to celebrate the life and love of this place. See you in Tel Aviv.”
The popular American singer first gained global recognition in 2011 with her viral hit song “212” and has maintained a large fan following.
