The IDF killed a terrorist who infiltrated Negohot, a town in the West Bank near Hebron, after terrorist infiltration sirens sounded in the settlement early on Saturday morning.

The terrorist was armed with a knife, the IDF stated, but no injuries resulting from the infiltration were reported.

IDF said troops, directed by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), operated in the Khirbet Fuqeiqah area, adjacent to the Negohot community, where the terrorist resided.

During a raid, the soldiers found an improvised weapon and military equipment, including a vest and a helmet.
