The White House launched a new “arcade” website featuring five video games themed around Trump administration policies, including a Tetris-inspired game based on controversial immigration enforcement measures, on Thursday.
The Tetris-inspired game, titled “Build the Wall,” instructs players to “protect the border from the coming horde” and hold the line against a “zombie border siege.”
In the White House’s version of the 1980’s game, players stack colorful bricks as small green and orange figures, representing individuals attempting to cross the border to the US, attempt to cross the screen.
Tetris’s official account on X/Twitter responded to the game, asserting that the Tetris Company was not involved in the creation of the game.
“We take copyright infringement very seriously,” the statement warned, adding, “At Tetris we believe in the power of connection and bringing people together, not dividing them.”

Another snake-style game titled “Rio Run” appears to be inspired by the Trump administration's efforts to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing the Rio Grande River, which runs along the Texas-Mexico border.
Players, represented by a pixelated figure wearing what looks like a suit and tie, are instructed to “patrol the line along the river” and “pick up every crosser in the lot.”
The game’s score appears as the number of figures “deported,” as each “crosser” appears in an orange, prison-inspired outfit after being caught by the player.
In a post on X/Twitter announcing the launch of the arcade website, the White House invited players to "Build the wall. Deport. Fill a Trump Account."
'Supply Line,' 'Trump Savings Tycoon' reference more Trump administration policies
Other games reference Trump administration policies, with "Supply Line" instructing players to sort through school lunch ingredients to "make America healthy again," warning against keeping foods with seed oil, coloring, additives, and sealed foods, as opposed to the fresh food allowed through.
"Bare rides. Treated comes off," is written on top of the game.
"Trump Savings Tycoon" invites players to "fill your kids' Trump accounts" by catching cash and diamonds with a net.
A White House official described the arcade site to CNN as "an effort to further contrast between a culture of fun and winning and the dark socialist vision Democrats have for America.”
