Bulgaria arrests Russian shipowner in relation to deadly 2020 Beirut blast

Bulgarian authorities have arrested Igor Grechushkin, the Russian businessman tied to the 2020 Beirut port explosion that killed over 200 people, for possible extradition to Lebanon.
