As every year, Passover arrives, and with spring comes cleaning season. Around this time, we start hearing about the latest robotic vacuum-mop models - but this year, something has changed: We are witnessing a mechanical evolution, as they’ve developed legs.

Cristalino Group, the official distributor of Dreame in Israel, has launched the X60 Ultra Complete, the newest and most advanced robotic vacuum-mop in its category. I’ll get to its cleaning and mopping performance shortly, which is impressive. But it’s impossible to ignore its main feature, one that is likely to become the standard in future models (with the hope that they’ll soon add arms for serving coffee as well).

The feature I’m referring to is ProLeap - an advanced technology that allows the vacuum to lift itself using two dedicated legs and climb over obstacles, sofas, and steps up to 8.8 cm high. It provides an ideal solution for door thresholds, sliding tracks, and room transitions, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in complex or split-layout homes.

This is also a highly practical vacuum-mop with a height of just 7.95 cm, allowing it to easily reach under sofas, beds, and cabinets - areas that most robotic vacuums struggle to access - cleaning even the truly hidden spots.

Another impressive feature is its advanced navigation system, which combines two AI-based cameras, infrared light, and blue illumination to identify up to 280 types of obstacles, including small objects, cables, toys, and furniture - even in low-light conditions. In addition, it includes an advanced cleaning system with extremely powerful 35,000Pa suction, capable of detecting heavily soiled areas, performing targeted cleaning, and ensuring a consistent and thorough result throughout the space.

It took quite a few years for mopping models to reach a level where you can truly give up manual floor washing, but it seems we’re finally there. Even in its design - in the way the two brushes scrub from the sides - you can see that the robot really gets the job done on the floor. One interesting aspect is that as it learns your home, it knows where to clean more thoroughly, saving water in the process. It also features smart mopping with automatic mop lifting on carpets, keeping them dry and clean.

The robot comes with an automatic All-in-One docking station: Dust emptying, hot water mop washing, and drying. In addition, the mop pads are washed with hot water to maintain maximum hygiene and reduce odors - so maintenance on your end is minimal. There’s also full control via an app, along with voice commands and the option for customized smart cleaning. Of course, Hebrew is supported, so you’ll always stay updated on the device’s status, receive easy-to-follow instructions in case of a malfunction, and most importantly, you can clean the entire house while lying on the couch.
