At Rosh Hanikra Tourism, one of Israel's most beautiful and beloved natural sites and the northernmost point on the coastline, they announce the renewal of the cable car activity – after being suspended for more than two years due to the security situation in the north.

The site itself reopened to visitors about six months ago, but now the cable car is returning to operation as well, allowing visitors to descend and ascend to the grottoes along the steep cliff, alongside a breathtaking view of the sea and the northern coastline.

Albert Pinhas, CEO of Rosh Hanikra Tourism, stated: "We have been waiting for the moment when the cable cars would start moving again, when visitors could ride up and down with us once more, and everyone could fully enjoy the unique view of Rosh Hanikra. We are happy to invite the public to experience the site as it was meant to be."

Additionally, starting in 2026, the Rosh Hanikra Tourism Club will be expanded and will offer travelers a variety of guided day trips in the north, alongside culinary experiences, accommodation options, and activities tailored for families, groups, and international tourists.

Opening hours: Sunday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (site closes at 5:00 PM)
