After opening The Den hotel in Bangalore, India, Dan Hotels is expanding its operations abroad and entering the United States for the first time. The chain is acquiring the NoMo SoHo hotel in Manhattan, New York, for $125 million from Sapir Corp.

The NoMo SoHo hotel, located at 9 Crosby Street in the Soho district of Manhattan, New York, includes 26 floors and 264 rooms and suites. The hotel features the NoMo Kitchen restaurant, the Sip Happens café, meeting rooms, and a fitness center.

NoMo SoHo is located in the heart of Manhattan’s sought-after district, near a wide variety of art galleries, luxury stores, and restaurants. It is situated in one of the tallest buildings in Soho, offering stunning views of the city.
