Technology meets Halacha. The new bar from Tami4, Tami4Shabbat, combines advanced technology with meticulous halachic solutions, including separation between hot and cold water and a Sabbath mode for weekdays, offering a high-quality, convenient, and safe drinking experience even during the Sabbath and holidays.
Before the Sabbath begins, the device automatically or manually switches to Sabbath mode, during which all buttons are deactivated and the screen displays the message "Shabbat Shalom." Water is dispensed using a mechanical lever with a safety mechanism, ensuring simple and safe operation, even for children.
The water bar includes a hot water tank with a capacity of approximately 6.5 liters, providing about 40 cups of hot water throughout the Sabbath. Cold water is available without limitation thanks to an innovative cooling technology that simulates refrigerator operation and works continuously, regardless of user interaction. The device is offered in black or white, under an “all-inclusive” plan that includes installation, full warranty, and supply of MAZE water filters, among the most advanced in the world, delivered to your home: NIS 159 per month for a 36-month plan or NIS 135 per month for a 48-month plan. Existing Tami4 customers are offered a special upgrade plan.
The new device is part of Strauss Water’s shift to a multi-product model, reflected in the expansion of Strauss Water solutions, entry into new and growing categories in the drinking solutions market, and broadening of the range of devices, including under-sink home water filtration systems.
