While many Israeli tourism companies are reducing their operations due to the security situation, Kishrey Teufa has decided to take the opposite direction: To expand and return to destinations that were once popular. The company announced that this coming winter it will renew direct flights to the city of Rovaniemi in Lapland, starting on January 31 and continuing until the Passover holiday.

The direct flights will allow Israeli travelers to enjoy the magical winter experience of Lapland – encounters with reindeer, huskies, snowmobiles, and of course the breathtaking northern lights. But what makes this year special is that Kishrey Teufa is not settling for flights alone.

“We are excited to return to Lapland with direct flights from Israel, giving the Israeli public an unforgettable experience in one of the most magical destinations in Europe,” said Nir Mazor, Vice President of Marketing at Kishrey Teufa. “This year we’re not limiting ourselves to flights and packages – we are also introducing a real breakthrough with the opening of our new hotel, the Arctic Panorama Resort, which will allow travelers from around the world to enjoy a unique combination of nature, Scandinavian culture, and luxury hospitality.”

Investment in a New Luxury Hotel

Beyond flights and vacation packages, Kishrey Teufa is revealing international news: The opening of the Arctic Panorama Resort – a new luxury resort in the heart of Lapland’s wild nature. The hotel, opening in December, will offer panoramic rooms with giant windows designed for viewing the northern lights, becoming a major attraction for tourists worldwide seeking a luxury experience in one of the world’s most unique destinations.

The new packages include spectacular excursions alongside accommodations in a selection of hotels in central Rovaniemi, all in convenient and accessible locations. This year will also see the launch of a renovated and upgraded hotel reopening to provide travelers with a modern and particularly comfortable hospitality experience. In addition, the company is offering a tailored trip for observant Jewish travelers, with kosher food and Shabbat observance alongside the popular winter attractions.

The price for a guided 7-day tour including all activities and attractions at the destination – flights and meals included – starts at €3,280. Until September 15, the company is offering an added benefit at no extra cost: Kishrey+ coverage, which allows cancellation up to 48 hours before departure with an 80% refund of the loss.

In recent years, Lapland has become an especially sought-after destination among Israelis thanks to its rare combination of an active winter vacation, encounters with northern cultures, and fascinating attractions for the whole family. Unique experiences such as the northern lights, Santa Claus Village, and exciting winter activities make this destination particularly appealing for families, couples, and groups.
