After a five-month trial period, and a war in the middle, a new urban boutique hotel is being launched these days in Haifa, the Carmel Boutique Hotel, the first in Haifa to combine a kosher dairy chef restaurant led by Chef Aviel Sandrosi.
The Carmel Boutique Hotel, built with an investment of over NIS 18 million, is located in the heart of a quiet and green urban neighborhood on the Carmel (Ahuza neighborhood), and within walking distance of bars, cafes, and a central entertainment strip.
The hotel has 21 rooms and suites, of three types, designed with the thought and desire to provide a unique hospitality experience that combines maximum comfort and tranquility, an urban and green view entering the room, and a high-quality culinary experience. The rooms are equipped with attention to every detail including: Espresso machine, bathrobes, a hotel’s unique scented care series, and more.
As part of the services offered at the hotel, guests can enjoy relaxing body and mind treatments such as: Shiatsu, Chinese acupuncture, and Tuina, in the hotel room.
A dairy fish restaurant with a Mediterranean aroma
The Marva restaurant, a kosher chef restaurant, the only one in Haifa, located in the hotel, is a dairy fish restaurant with a Mediterranean aroma that is a full exciting culinary experience. The restaurant serves a rich dairy kitchen combined with fresh and raw fish, as well as rich breakfasts (brunch), on Fridays, at the Marva Coffee Bar. The restaurant is led by Chef Aviel Sandrosi, who has rich culinary experience including as chef of the Herbert Samuel restaurant, chef in leading hotels in Israel: Yaarot Hacarmel Estate, Ritz-Carlton Herzliya, and more. The restaurant has seating both inside and on the iconic balcony overlooking the street. In addition, the restaurant has a private room suitable for high-quality boutique events. The restaurant is intended for hotel guests and is also open to the general public. Breakfast for hotel guests is served in the restaurant.
“Between the scent of abroad and Haifa hospitality”

Every detail here was planned with our guests in mind, for their comfort, peace and taste.”
Launch prices: Range between NIS 750–1,150 (depending on the type of room), per couple per night, including bed and breakfast.
