Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem and Jerusalem Wineries are launching a new and refreshing collaboration celebrating Israeli wine. This partnership allows hotel guests to enjoy an authentic experience that connects urban hospitality with local wine culture, leveraging the unique location of both sites in Jerusalem.

The hotel, part of the “Locally Inspired” collection of the Prima chain, is situated at the entrance to Jerusalem overlooking the Judean Hills, surrounded by a variety of Israeli boutique wineries. Jerusalem Wineries own vineyards in the Jerusalem Hills and operate a visitor center at the historic Montefiore Windmill in the Yemin Moshe neighborhood, overlooking the Old City.

Authentic Wine Experiences

As part of the collaboration, Prima Park guests will enjoy exclusive benefits and special prices for visits to the winery’s visitor center. Activities include participating in a wine workshop in an authentic Jerusalem atmosphere, guided tastings of red and white wines including food pairings, and an introduction to the secrets of local winemaking.

The visit also includes tours and tastings set against the enchanting backdrop of Jerusalem, along with a glimpse into the rich history of wine in the Land of Israel – from Montefiore to modern winemaking. The winery’s wines are produced from high-quality grapes grown and harvested in its vineyards in the Jerusalem Hills, Carmel slopes, and the Judean lowlands.

Design Inspired by Wine

The hotel’s design reflects its connection to wine culture: The lobby is styled like a wine bar, with an impressive central bar inviting guests to experience a different side of Jerusalem through wine. The 217 spacious rooms are designed with inspiration from wine country and the regional spirit, featuring earthy tones of light brown, Bordeaux, green, and champagne.

The hotel’s "Patio" restaurant is a wide open-air space surrounded by greenery and natural light, where a particularly rich Jerusalem-style breakfast is served, completing the culinary experience.

Special Summer Promotion with the Jerusalem Municipality

Alongside the winery collaboration, Prima Hotels Jerusalem are launching a special summer promotion in partnership with the Jerusalem Municipality. The promotion offers at least 20% off accommodation and provides a NIS 100 gift voucher for each midweek night stay (Sunday–Wednesday).

The voucher can be redeemed at one of hundreds of participating Jerusalem businesses, including restaurants, attractions, museums, and shops. For example, a family of four staying for two midweek nights in August will receive a total of NIS 400 in vouchers – in addition to the hotel discount.
