Terror attack by nephew of Israeli teens' murderer thwarted outside Tekoa

One of the suspects is the nephew of Amar Abu Eisha, the suspected kidnapper and murderer of Gil-Ad Shaer, Eyal Yifrah and Naftali Fraenkel in June.
